Workers from masonry experts Rainville set up around Place Victoria. Security perimeters are erected near the corners of the skyscraper and the masts that will be used to raise and lower the "Fraco" are put in place.
After studying different options, the City of Montreal grants a renovation permit to Groupe Petra for the replacement of over 180 concrete blocks covering the corner columns.
