Timeline

The project entered a new phase last month as the Fraco platform was lowered a few floors down to begin a new phase, between the 44th and 38th floors. A before and after that is quite telling.
Towards the end of the first quarter of 2024, complete installation of new panels is expected to be finished on floors 47, 46 and 45. This milestone will mark the completion of a first three-story section.
Expected arrival of the first batch of new panels. This is considered “just-in-time” logistics because the huge (and very heavy) panels are only delivered at the precise moment when teams are ready to attach them to the tower.
